Who We Are

Morning Dew started as a small Chicago-based operation with a simple goal: treat our farmers with respect and deliver their crops with the care they deserve. Today we work with growers across the country who trust us to handle their soybeans and mung beans responsibly, from quality checks to final delivery. For years we have supplied partners in Korea and China and we bring that same level of care and consistency to every distributor we work with.

Germination & Yield

Sample Tests

  • Our soybean sprouts range from 4.5mm to 5.8mm, guaranteeing a germination rate of over 90%. Smaller beans have higher germination rates and produce significantly higher yields than medium or large beans.

  • In tests, the number marked in red on the sample photo shows how many beans out of 350 did not germinate. For example, a 8 means 8 out of 350 beans failed, indicating a germination rate of 97.7%.

  • This careful selection ensures that distributors receive premium beans that grow reliably and deliver consistent, high-quality sprouts.
